Find out which EFI your Mac has

To find out which EFI you have installed in your Mac, just open the Terminal application, type the following line, and press the Enter key:

ioreg -l -p IODeviceTree | grep firmware-abi

I had no problems executing this line. I my case, I have EFI32.
